This Life Is Yours

Take the power to choose what you want to do and do it well.
Take the power to love what you want in life and love it honestly.

Its been a long time, I havent added anything to my windows live space, so here it goes..

Walk Your Walk

You have to walk your own walk in this life.
And as you are traveling down your road;
Don’t look down at your feet.

Keep your head up and your eyes focused
on the road that reaches your goals.

Roses ruddy and roses white,
What are the joys that my heart discloses?
Sitting alone in the fading light
Memories come to me here tonight
With the wonderful scent of the big red roses.
Memories come as the daylight fades
Down on the hearth where the firelight dozes;
Flicker and flutter the lights and shades,
And I see the face of a queen of maids
Whose memory comes with the scent of roses.

Visions arise of a scent of mirth,
And a ball-room belle who superbly poses —
A queenly woman of queenly worth,
And I am the happiest man on earth
With a single flower from a bunch of roses.

Only her memory lives tonight —
God in his wisdom her young life closes;
Over her grave may the turf be light,
Cover her coffin with roses white
She was always fond of the big white roses.

Such are the visions that fade away —
Man proposes and God disposes;
Look in the glass and I see today
Only an old man, worn and grey,
Bending his head to a bunch of roses

My robot does my homework.
He helps me every night.
The trouble is he doesn't get
too many answers right.

He'd probably do better
at homework but, you see,
I built him, so he only knows
the things he learned from me.

A teacher teaches lesson first and then takes the exam.

Life Takes the exam first, and then teaches a lesson...

Be true to yourself

Live your own life.

And don't allow others

To decide what is best for you.

If you do, you will be unhappy.

Because, you're being untrue to yourself. 

If you look at what you do not have in life;

You don't have anything.

If you look at what you have in life;

You have everything.

In the walk of life, do not worry of people moving ahead of you.

Concentrate. Take your own time and be careful not to fall.

But once you are ready to run; make sure you are the best of all.

Friends will come and friends will go, The seasons change and it will show, I will age and so will you, But our friendship stays, strong and true.

There's nothing as nice as someone who shares, your laughter, your secrets, your wishes and cares, someone who's there through your good times and tears, who stays by your side as your friend through the years.

A friend is someone who walks in when the whole world has walked out.
